Meet Dr. Ho
Dr. Tae Chul Ho is originally from Dallas, Texas and went to Baylor University for undergrad with a major in Bachelor of Science. He received his Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the New York University College of Dentistry and attended a year of Dental residency at St. Barnabas Hospital. He was able to learn all scopes of dentistry including implant dentistry. His passion is to restore teeth and to provide the highest quality service for each of his patients.
During his spare time, he likes to hike and exercise to keep himself in shape mentally and physically.
Meet Dr. Patel
Dr. Patel grew up in North Attleboro Massachusetts where he graduated from high school in the top 10% of his class in 1995. He attended and graduated from Tufts University where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry in 1999. Dr. Patel has always been passionate about oral cancer and was a research associate at Harvard University studying oral cancer while publishing several research papers in prestigious scientific journals. In 2006 Dr. Patel graduated from the University of Connecticut School Dental Medicine with a Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree.
After dental school, Dr. Patel completed his residency program at St. Barnabas Hospital in Bronx, NY where he obtained extensive experience in all aspects of modern dental care which includes placing/restoring dental implants, third molar extractions, molar root canals, and cosmetic dentistry. He is a member of the American Dental Association (ADA), the Connecticut State Dental Association (CSDA), the Academy of General Dentistry (AGD), American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine (AADSM) and the Middlesex County Dental Society.
Continuing his ideal of excellence in dentistry, Dr. Patel persists with continuing education courses on implants, root canals, and cosmetic dentistry. He is active in the community volunteering for both CTMOM (Connecticut Mission of Mercy) and Give Kids a Smile day where he provides free dental care to the underserved people of Connecticut. He is also a board member of the Hispanic Alliance, which provides scholarships, loans and mentorship to the Hispanic community of south east Connecticut. When he is not working, Dr. Patel likes to spend time with his family, travel, read, play basketball and has recently taken up golf.
Meet Dr. Tan
Dr. Tan was born and raised in Queens, New York. He is an alumnus of the Bronx High School of Science, Binghamton University and New York University College of Dentistry. Dr. Tan graduated in the top 10 percent of his class and is a member of the national dental honor society Omicron Kappa Upsilon (OKU). He completed his postgraduate dental residency at the New York Presbyterian Hospital.
Dr. Tan is skilled in a wide range of dental treatment including but not limited to wisdom teeth extractions, molar root canals, crowns & bridges, implants, sinus lifts, ridge augmentation and cosmetic dentistry. He is committed to employing the latest advancements in dentistry and industry best practice to provide comprehensive and up-to-date treatment. Dr. Tan tailors treatment plans and recommends alternative modalities according to each patient's specific needs with a goal of improving overall their quality of life. Dr. Tan is a firm believer that under his care, patients should always be rest assured that their health is his top priority.
In his spare time, Dr. Tan enjoys exercising, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
